I think the rule ....................................is the most useful.And the rulre ..........................is not 
necessary.

At my school we have to follow these rules: To wear school uniform, to be active at lessons, to follow rules, be friendly, to do all home works. I think the rule to be active and to follow rules are most useful. And the rule "to wear uniform" is not necessary. Because we go to school, to get knowledge. We can get knowledge without school uniform.
