Is it easy thing to learn a foreign language?

people learn the foreign languages for several reasons: tourism, studying abroad and just for fun.

yes I know english, Spanish and arabic

native speakers of English language live all over the world. England , the usa , canada and etc. but the language has definite dialects in definite place.

I can say that English is easier than russian, French and german. because there are not genders, a lot of endings , sophisticated verbs in English

nowadays everything is easy I think, if you have money, time and desire. you can go to language course, buy some books, use internet, download some special apps for mobile phone and chat with foreigners.
