Y. A. Gagarin

He was born in a small village near the sity of Smolensk. He was interested in planes, spaceships, rockets. He became the first world cosmonaut at the age of 27. He flew into space on the 12th of April, 1961 on board the spaceship ''Vostok''. There is the monument  to Y, Gagarin in Moscow in Gagarin Square.
