Я думаю, что (B) правильно. Потому что на вопрос - Как жизнь! нельзя ответить - Мне это до смерти это надоело ))

What's up - в переводе это вообще-то это в чем дело? где ты там даже банальное live/life увидел о жизни? мдаа.
