Do little children usually sit in rows in infant schools?

Infant schools are attended by pupils from four to seven years old. As these are really small children they don\'t sit in rows: it makes them tired and exhausted on the one hand, on the other - they simply couldn\'t do this because of their tendency to move every second. They are just sitting on the flour.
