Easter is a religious holiday that Christians all over the world celebrate. So do religious people in Russia. This holiday is always celebrated in spring though the exact date is not fixed and differs each year. On Easter people usually go to the church, at night or early in the morning. They usually paint eggs and take them to the priest in order to be blessed with holy water. They also grab with them Easter cakes, water, wine, etc and congratulate each other with this event.
