Once upon a time there lived a little unhappy girl, Cinderella. Her mother died and her father married an ugly, evil woman. That woman also had 2 daughters. Cinderella was kind, attractive and pretty, that is why her step-mother hated her. Cinderella made the most awful housework: she washed the dishes and floor, made breakfast for her stepmother and stepsisters. The poor girl was very hardworking and modest. She lived in an attic like a servant. Her friends, mice and birds, helped her as they could. Cinderella had a fairy godmother who helped her with a dress and shoes for the dance. One day a prince made the great dance and Cinderella wanted to go there. The prince fell in love with Cinderella and they got married.
