Today I want to tell you about one of the famous and beautiful buildings in our country. The Hermitage in St. Petersburg is one of the largest museums in Europe. It is located in the heart of St. Petersburg, in its historical centre. The museum consists of 5 buildings. In the Hermitage people can find more than 3 millions paintings and other works of art. In the time of Catherine the museum was private but in the time of Nicolas II it was opened for all of us.
