Stress is a natural reaction of our body to new conditions. Stresses can be heat, cold, hunger, thirst, fatigue, unfavorable life circumstances and other conditions. Here are some typical stressful situations we all went through: a trip in crowded transport, a quarrel, bad state of health. We become tense and nervous because of stress. We can feel the headache. Although, stress influences heart badly. To cope with stress, I listen to quiet music and try to relax. It usually helps. However, stress is not always connected with unpleasant experiences. Stress is an essential condition of life, it can become both, a stimulus for human development and an obstacle, it all depends on our attitude. Managing stress is entirely within our power.
