Homeless animals can be dangerous for people. That is the reason why we need to handle the matter somehow. Some people say all animals which don’t have a master must be exterminated. The more humane conception is to put such beasts into special animal shelters and look for their new masters. There are other ideas on how to use homeless beasts like ‘Give them to Corean restaurants’ or ‘Train them for the circus’. All the ideas agree on one point – all homeless animals must be put off the streets.
