My family lives in a separate house in the center of our city. I like the place where I live. The street is wide, quiet and green. There is a theatre, the city park and my school not far from our house.Our yard is not very large, but it is well-planned. There are two flowerbeds with beautiful flowers in front of the house and a small garden with fruit trees behind it.Our house has two floors. There is a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sitting-room on the ground floor. And there are three bedrooms, a study and a bathroom on the first floor. All the rooms are spacious, well furnished and very cozy.The largest room in the house is the sitting-room. We like to spend evenings there sitting in front of the fireplace, watching TV, reading or just talking to each other. My mother is a painter and there are her beautiful pictures on the walls of the sitting-room.My favorite room is certainly my bedroom. I proud of the fact that I helped my parents to choose the furniture for my room. There is a modern table with a computer on it where I do my homework. I like to read books, so there are two big bookshelves here.My mother always keeps our house clean. Our friends and relatives often visit us at our place. We are very happy to have such a beautiful house.
