Which national dishes can you recommend a tourist to taste in Belarus?

Belarus can be interested for tourists as well as any other country in Europe. There are a lot of interesting places, cities, monuments, etc. But today I\'m going to speak about food. If I meet a tourist in Belarus I\'ll recommend him to taste the main Belarusian dishes. So, the first is \"Vereschaka\". It\'s a meaty dish actually from the pork. The second is \"Svekolnik\", the traditional cold soup from beet. Amazing, but the well known \"Draniki\" is at the third place. They are small potato pancakes. There are some other dishes too.
