Of course there is a great difference in how we wear for different occasions. So when we choose clothes to go to work, we should take into consideration whether you have dress-code at work or not. If you have a particular dress-code, so you should wear either a uniform or a suit/ a costume in an official style, or a blouse/ skirt/ trousers/ a shirt. For a restaurant you can choose something more informal, but classical anyway, e.g. a dress for women and a suit with a tie for men. If you are going to the party, you can wear everything you want to feel comfortable - jeans, T-shirts, etc.
