  • To be in harmony with myself I usually do the following:

    • I evaluate myself adequately and love such as I am.
    • I trust myself – my intuition and inner voice.
    • I`m always in move (I dance and jog, for example), because movement improves the mood and gives confidence.
    • From time to time I clean the space around me (my room, for instance) and get rid of everything unnecessary.
    • Occasionally, I try to be alone, so that I could think something over calmly or just back off all the fuss around.
