4. Alex/ clean/while the dog bark. — Alex was cleaning while the dog was barking.
5. James/ sleep on the sofa/ while Sheila/ try/ wake him up. — James was sleeping on the sofa while Sheila was trying wake him up.
6. Edward and Lucy/ laugh. — Edward and Lucy were laughing.
7. Susan/ bring coffee. — Susan brought coffee.
8. Chris/ leave the party/ while Paula/ cry/ because not want / him to leave. — Chris left the party while Paula was crying because did not want him to leave.
