  • Health is above the wealth. If you want to be healthy you must get up early, do your morning exercises. Then you must have a cold shower. It is very useful to run in the morning and then swim in the river. It is very important to go for a sport. Choose a kind of sport you like.

    You have to follow what you eat. If you want to be healthy you must eat healthy food, not fast food. You have to eat more vegetables and fruit and less cakes.  

    And you have to go to bed early. It is very important to sleep well.
