"Мое отношение к мистике" на английском языке, небольшое сочинение

My feelings about mysticism.

Mysticism is usually associated with  thick dusty books, candles and strange ceremonies. Of course, each person understands it in their own way. Some are attracted to mysticism, some are disgusted by it. One thing stays the same - it is something that science can\'t explain. 

As for me, I think mysticism is an interesting concept, but nothing more. In our age it is impossible to believe in supernatural powers. Although, I like to read books in which these matters are touched. That\'s why my favourite writers  are Nikolai Gogol and Charles Dickens. There\'s no place for magic in everyday life, but we can feel it with only ink and paper. Apart from the impact on culture and art mysticism has a negative effect. Many people are so influenced by ideas of  supernatural that they can even join various cults. That rarely ends well for them and their relatives. 

Mysticism has many fans around the world. No matter what your attitude to it is, you should think critically and not get yourself fooled.
