I think there are three main ways of how one can become a successful person. First of all, one needs to realize what passion he or she has and maximize the profit out of that realization, just like Bill Gates did for example. Secondly, it\'s important to have clear goals in mind and reward oneself for achieving those goals (celebrating with hanging out for instance). Finally, there should be some sort of the support group, such as family and friends, which will guide a person to the ultimate success.
