- Hi, Lily! I haven`t seen you for ages. How are you doing? By the fact, you look great!

- Thank you, Mark. I`ve started to attend the swimming pool three times a week and it helps me to feel well.- Oh, really. Sounds interesting. I didn`t know you were a fan of sport.

- Actually I wasn`t. But I put on the weight and I didn`t like it. So, I started to do some exercises and eat healthy food.

- What do you mean by healthy food?

- Well, I eat fish and meat, a lot of fruit and vegetables, I don`t drink alcohol. That`s all.

- Great, Lily. I think I have to give up some of my habits in order to be more healthy and look better.
