If you live with your roommate together in one room, you need have some simple rules: 

1. Everyone need to wash his dishes after eating. 

2. If someone want to take his neighbour\'s things, first of all need to ask your neighbour. And just after his agreement you can take it. 

3. Need to have budget for spending it on room\'s necessary things.
