It is nice to hear from you again. You asked me about Russian cuisine last time. We have a wide variety of different dishes. Russians eat soups, mashed potatoes and meatballs, different salads. In summer, they drink kvas. It is a kind of malt drink.  My family’s favourite dish is called Golubtsy, i.e. stuffed cabbage leaves with minced meat. My favourite morning dish is an omelette. Just beat two eggs in a bowl, add some milk and fry it is fry pan for 2 minutes each side.
