I think that it`s better to start learning English when you are in primary school. There are different reasons for these idea. In the primary school you have a good memory and good abilities for learning languages. Then it`s easy for you because you have a lot of energy and you are not overwhelmed by life.  Besides there are lots of games and easy tasks.
