But I think that it is right rule, because there are some zones with flowers and special grass that is not supposed to be walk on it. Also there is a rule \"Smoking free\" in the malls, parks, some recreation zones. It is quite fair to the people who can\' t stand the smell of tobacco. The next rule is saying greetings, goodbyes. It is useful when you need to start a conversation. The fourth rule is that you need to apologize when it is necessary. And the last is that you need to wait your turn in the line. It is very useful because this helps to maintain an order.
