In my opinion, even though the change is hard, it is a necessary component of both personal and career success. Without changing, a person will be a prisoner of his or her own stereotypes and misconceptions about the world, which will ruin him or her at the end of the day. Moreover, changing, or adapting as I call it, can be truly helpful while working for someone as it can make a person a valuable employee. This is why I think that changing is truly important for everyone involved in the process.
