For example, many students come to Russia to have the specialty of doctors. Because our medicine system is rather perfect, even from the Soviet times. But those students spoke Russian rather bad. Studying abroad is also difficult according to money aspect. Students need much money not only for studying, but for living, food, buying books. Of course, parents try to help them. But they also try to find some job in order to support themselves in their wishes. So I think, if you are ready for studying abroad and have all conditions for this, so try to do it. But I suppose, that studying in your native country is not worse than abroad. If you want to study, you will study anywhere.
