My name is Carol Albert and I am writing to you about the advertisement in today\'s newspaper for the post of hotel receptionist. I left school and at present I  am studying hotel catering at night school. My typing is good and I also speak two languages, English and Spanish. I took courses in Computer Studies, Accounting and Office Management and I feel that these courses have given me a lot of experience for the post you are advertising.
