Нужна тема "граффити как вандализм "на английском

In my opinion graffiti is vandalism! It damages people\'s property. The graffiti on the buses, stations, buildings, and old architecture is really bad. Especially when people write some disgusting words or ugly pictures. Besides it is very expensive to remove the graffiti. And it is the owner who is responsible for removing the graffiti, not the author. That is what I think about graffiti.
