  • Everyday meal is so important for every person. It is not a secret the main meal of the day is breakfast. Nowadays we can choose among different examples of breakfast - British, American, European, which are characterised by their special products. And, by the way, we may say the same about lunch and dinner. Eating food should be healthy, without junk food and fats, alcohol, sweets and flour too much and so on. However, everyone knows these rules, our daily diet very often depends on our level of employment and financial possibilities, so we choose the fast food and cheap food instead of healthy!
