The USA is located in the center of North America, one state Alaska – in the northern-west of the continent, and Hawaii – in the Pacific Ocean.  The USA is federation that consists of 50 states and one district. Its capital is Washington. The neighbors of the USA are Mexico and Canada. It is washed by three oceans: Pacific in the west, Atlantic in the east, and Arctic in the north.  The longest river of United States is Mississippi river. The most powerful city for economy of this country is New York. Because of for a large territory, the United States of America have a large variety of climate conditions, animals and plants. There are also large territories, which are not built by cities and are not inhabited by people. The most famous and wonderful of them is Grand Canyon. The USA owns huge reserves of water, such as Great Lakes. The highest mountain of the country is Denali, earlier it was called McKinley.
