Have I ever compared the Russians and the Englishmen? Of course, never. But there are some moments, when we can make some comparison between these two nations. Most people think, the English are cold, prim people. I think there are the same people in Russia too. Restraint and politeness are one of the main features of the English style of communication. They often say \"Thank you\", \"Please\" and \"I\'m sorry\". They don\'t talk loudly in the street. The most Russians often forget about these simple phrases. Pity, but this is true fact. The Russians are very emotional and sometimes they can\'t contain their feelings, even outside. Queue for the British is a sacred thing. And what do we see in Russian hospitals, social institutions, etc. I don\'t say, that all Russians break the discipline, but we often hear: \"I\'m just to ask!\". So each nation has its own rules, customs and traditions, but I think, the most important thing is politeness, in spite of bad humour, illness, tiredness, bad weather, etc. Any nation should educate in itself the most important thing, it\'s simple humanity.
