Portfolio: Your school magazine asked readers to send in short stories for the annual short story competition with the

\"A day to remember\".

It was really a wonderful day, happened last autumn. Our class took part at school autumn ball, where there was precompetition stage. Three girls from our class prepared for that ball. But only one, our Alice, was in  final. Everybody tried to help her in preparation. Other girls prepared wonderful dance during Alice\'s singing. Boys also helped to decorate the stage and in music settings. Some teachers were judges. Everything was great. Our Alice took the first place and became a new Autumn princess. We were so happy and proud of her. At the end of the festival there was cool school disco. It really was a day to remember.
