анонимHealth is one of the most important things in a human life. Being healthy is a serious work and it`s clear that not every person can work hard for his own health. Why ? It seems that your life will be longer, you will haven`t to suffer of various diseases, mood will stay not bad for a long time.
Certainly answer is rather simple: Laziness. Most of us are too lazy for making actions which are not important for initial vital demands. That`s absolutely and without of question. It`s a simple question but not the single one. There`s no doubt that some people are to busy for caring of their health: parents have many children, businessmen, top managers of serious companies. But as we should see this statement is controversial too. Look at the president of Russia: he plays the hockey, swimming, hunting and fishing. You understand the scale of social activity of this man and being busy but nevertheless he has got time to physical business. It`s up to you. Just do it.
Look at very short rules to be happy and healthy
-No drink.No smoke.No drugs.No promiscuity. No coffee. Go on sport instead of that. Bars and beams, gyms with treadmills are expecting for you right now.
- Have an accurate daily routine: get up and go to sleep at he same time every day without exclusions.
- Change your social circle and exclude people who can spoil you at all points of this word.
- Respect yourself. Respect your friends and parent. It will give you extra power for fighting with yourself.
-Try to do work out every day
- Think about future and connection of your present with your future.
-Try to visit forests and fields: there you will find fresh air and silence.
Stay as human in every life situation.
