Sport is very helpful in our life. Sport is an activity that a person become healthy. If you do some sports you will stay young but without sport your body will get older day by day. Every doctor says that a person should do some sports in order to keep himself healthy. Doctors always offer their patients to do some exercise every morning. Just look at sportsmen how they are healthy. They keep fit their body. Everyday they are busy with sport.
In conclusion, I want to say that without sport a person feel himself not comfortable.
