To motivate.

The word motivate means to encourage, to give a hope, to induce.

Some students need motivation to get good  marks and to learn better.

Employees need motivation to do the work better and not to get tired very soon.

You should motivate your children, otherwise they can not prepare for the exams well and do not pass the exams.

I always need motivation, but unfortunately there is nobody who can motivate me.

If you are motivated, you will have a strike of success soon.

Always be motivated.

Everybody needs motivation.
