  • I think, that every person agrees, that good health  is one of the most important thing in our life. If you want to be healthy you should do regular morning exercise, eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, sleep at least 8 hours a day. Also, you should reduce your time you spend in front of the computer and the television. I prefer  spending more time walking and meeting with my friends and relatives. Of course if you want looking all right you should refuse from bad habits such as eating unhealthy food, snacking between meals or eating after 6 p.m. If you follow these rules regularly you will be  healthy.
