My favourite season

All the seasons are different. You can go to the beach in summer, admire multicoloured leaves in autumn, celebrate the New Year`s Eve in winter and observe how the weather wakes up in spring. I like all of these things, but my favourite season of the year is winter. I like winter because it`s frosty, I can go for a walk and then come back home and take a cup of hot chocolate with a slice of apple pie. The evenings are long, so I watch movies and read books. And January is the time of celebration: New Year and Christmas are my favourite holidays. I usually decorate the New Year`s tree and buy presents for my family and friends. As for me, it`s a magic season.
