I like French fries very much. I don\'t know why, but this simple dish is so delicious, especially with sauce and green. It is made easily if you have deep fryer. But many people make French fries just at home in the deep pan or cauldron. Of course, making this dish needs some effort and time. First of all to wash, peal and cut potatoes and fry it. You can make a salad with fresh vegetables or hot sauce. It is always good to this dish. I can\'t say, French fries is the holiday dish, but for some friend party it\'s wonderful I guess. So you can experiment with taste anyway.
