анонимMy favorite sport is swimming. Although I did not come to this myself. Somehow my mother invited her friend - a fitness trainer - and she advised me to go for a swim. I tried and I really liked it. After all, swimming is considered one of the healthiest sports. It strengthens all muscles very well. And it makes it much more efficient than other sports. And it is so because the water has a much greater density than air and the body has to overcome serious resistance. Swimming is also very useful for the spine - it feels small loads, because the body in the water becomes light. And in general, it\'s great to feel like a dolphin!
