  • To be fit you should do the following. First of all take care about your ration: you should eat healthy food to remain good physical shape. Add some vegetables and meat to your diet and throw away chips and other snacks! Also don\'t forget to drink plenty of water. The second thing is physical activities. If you don\'t like sports it\'s okay, you can go to your school on foot, dance to your favourite song or jump for joy. Just don\'t sit still, drink water and eat vegetables and you\'ll be fit.
