In my opinion, it is much better to be actively traveling and I think so for the three following reasons. First of all, traveling allows any kind of person to broaden his or her mind through the different means, including talking and exploration. Secondly, traveling can help someone to discover himself and herself by visiting the unexplored places and talking with the distinct people. Finally, sometimes traveling may indicate the place where someone wants to be living, which is also fascinating.
