Last year I went to St. Petersburg. It is a beautiful city with a long eventful history. The weather was nice and sunny, so we had a lot of excursions. We visited the Hermitage, the Kunstkamera, the Winter Palace and other places of interest. I was amazed with Peterhof, especially I liked its wonderful fountains.
