  • The ways of being healthyThere are many ways to be healthy. I like to run because I train all the muscles during the run. I love playing football as I improve my breathing during football. I like to swim, as I cure the spine during swimming. I walk five kilometers a day as I train my legs while walking. I am engaged in fitness in the gym because I train my muscles and lose weight. I eat healthy food, because I feel healthy when I eat good food. I clean my house and especially my room because I like to breathe fresh air.
