Only natural healthy food can be on your table. This kind of food is rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. High amount of them are in fruit, vegetables, chicken, milk, cheese, yoghurt, meet, eggs, fish, rice and cereal. In no way you should  eat such products like sweets, chips, biscuits, sausage, mayonnaise, cola, burgers because they are very harmful. Taking regular exercises is also useful for weigh loss.
