  • Smoking is a bad habit of a majority of people. Because our life is full of stresses and problems, we are looking for some activities which can reduce these factors. At first, smoking may help but when the time passes you might have a lot of health problems, such as cough, asthma, problems with vessels, dyspnea, nervousness, hunger. Due to these, smokers who realise their situation start to give up smoking. It isn\'t an easy thing but the result is worth to do it. You may ask for help doctors or do it by yourself, taking some medicine or just refuse at all.
