My recommendation to thin people are: to drink more fresh juice and water, to eat only acid free fruit and vegetables, not to refuse eating of meat and fish. Speaking about fat people, my advice will be the same, but they need to look for the time of eating, the level of coffee and tea they drink every day, not to forget about exercises and active rest, to fulfill their bodies with microelements and vitamins!
