анонимI always try to eat clean. My favourite habit in the morning is drinking a glass of water because it wakes me up. Then I have a pecfectly balanced breakfast and go to school. I have 3 meals a day and 2 snacks, so I am never hungry. But nowadays more and more young people don\'t pay much attention to their eating habits. Eating junk food and drinking Cola or other fizzy drinks they only damage their own health. They skip breakfast or lunch and it causes lack of nutrients and overeating in the evenings. I think there\'s should be more control over teenagers to avoid serious problems in future. We need to eat healthy if we don\'t want to have serious diseases such as gastritis or stomachache. One apple a days keeps the doctor away. Eat more fruit and vegetables to feel healthy and strong.
