Pros: a distraction from the problems of daily crazy life, contact with classical repertoire, the elevation of the soul from the meeting with a beautiful, meeting interesting people in the theater, self-expression and self-realization on the stage,Cons: lack of acting school, technology, inability to get into character, out of character, to overcome their complexes, fears, etc., spend their own money on the staging of the play, and in the absence of income from the theater, the lack of financial incentive to attract new actors in the company, and this implies that the theater for potential and current colleagues can not be a priority.
