Who among us has not heard about such concepts as theft and crime? Of course,these concepts are known to all. I propose to separately address the concept of crime,because it is generalizing. A crime is an offence, the Commission of which involves the use of to face criminal liability. Unfortunately,in today's world this concept is found all too often,victims of crime are people of any age:children,adults and old people. I believe that each of us needs a little help in the fight against crime and to report immediately on even the slightest hint of a crime by anyone to the police. I think you need to toughen penalties for such actions that people had a real fear of punishment.
