В своем рассказе, я хочу затронуть такую тему, как «Танцы». С моей точки зрения танцы – это некая жизнь, которая протекает в судьбе каждого человека. Я танцую с 5 лет. И это увлечение всей моей жизни. Сначала я танцевала бальные танцы. Это очень красиво и изящно. Танцы учат очень многому. Если ты пошла в секцию по танцам, то ты должна быть готова ко многим испытаниям. У нас были очень тяжёлые тренировки, на которых из нас выжимали максимальные качества и навыки. В современных спортивных бальных танцах существует 2 программы:
Стандартная: вальс, танго, фокстрот. Характеризуется европейской сдержанностью, утонченностью, неторопливостью. Это великосветские танцы.
Латиноамериканская: самба, ча-ча-ча, румба, пасадобль и джайв.
Румба
Следует различать бальную, кубинскую, африканскую и цыганскую румбу. Хотя эти танцы и имеют общие корни, на настоящий момент они являются совершенно разными как по характеру движений, так и по музыке.
