Простите пожалуйста,а 9) разве не ''is learning''? потому что там ''now''

Сестра Тома уже выучила стишок и теперь может прогуляться с друзьями. (Т.е. есть результат, и она может заняться другими делами. Ведь если б она не выучила, то вряд ли пошла гулять. Результат налицо - выучила - поэтому Present Perfect - has learnt.)
